Overview
This is a 1-year contract role based in Phoenix, AZ (PHX Hangar). The position follows a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday & Friday). The interview process includes a virtual round and an onsite interview; a coding assessment is required.
You will join a technology team delivering front-end applications, APIs, and system integrations across a diverse technology stack. The Confidential Client seeks an experienced software engineer with strong Angular and API integration experience who can work across frontend and backend systems (Node.js, Python, and/or C#).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations and APIs.
- Build responsive, scalable front-end applications using Angular.
- Implement backend APIs and integrations using Node.js, Python, and/or C#.
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Follow established development standards, coding practices, and engineering guidelines.
- Contribute to architecture and solution design discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
- Proven experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Professional experience with one or more of: Node.js, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software development and system integration concepts.
- Ability to successfully complete a coding assessment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule at the Phoenix, AZ location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple technology stacks.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and RESTful web services.
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and integration requirements.
