What you’ll do
- Perform primary user and buyer research (interviews, ride-alongs, feedback loops) to validate problems and prioritize work
- Convert research and concepts into clear problem statements, PRDs, and buildable backlog items
- Act as Product Owner for a Scrum team: manage backlog, groom stories, and drive sprint planning
- Define success metrics, SLOs, pricing implications, and manage to a target COGS profile
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive delivery and adoption
- Own product positioning, messaging, and enablement for GTM teams
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to shape roadmap direction
- Present strategy and roadmap updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
What success looks like
- You quickly build subject-matter expertise in the product and market, and establish a clear, research-backed roadmap
- Delivered features move key adoption and usage metrics and improve customer outcomes
- You enable GTM teams to independently position and sell the product area you own
- The product achieves measurable cost and operational improvements for customers while meeting business metrics

- Comfortable diving deep into observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting for cloud-native systems
- Experience with data storage tiers and cost/volume tradeoffs is a plus
- Strong product sense with attention to the details that make features usable and delightful
- Experience partnering with UX to design delightful product experiences
- Demonstrated ability to present strategy and influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated use of GenAI to improve customer outcomes and product team productivity is a plus
