Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager focused on Associate Experience to lead associate-facing loyalty and support tools (including enhancements to the Pro Extra Management Portal - PXMP). This is a contract role supporting a large-scale, fast-moving enterprise transformation in the Retail and Computers & Electronics Manufacturing space.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product delivery for associate-facing loyalty experiences and support tools.
- Drive enhancements to the Pro Extra Management Portal (PXMP) and related associate support systems.
- Partner closely with UX/UI teams to define and prioritize user experiences, visual components, and journey improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and third-party vendor teams to integrate new APIs and data sources.
- Translate business strategy into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve them quickly.
- Maintain roadmap execution and delivery velocity in an Agile environment.
- Support rollouts of loyalty program enhancements and measure success through metrics and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience supporting customer-facing or associate-facing digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and user-centric product design.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with UX/UI teams and translating designs into product requirements.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and working with backend engineering teams.
- Experience operating in large-scale Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable making product decisions amid ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail industry experience or experience supporting large retail ecosystems.
- Experience with customer/associate experience transformations.
- Consulting background or experience working across large enterprise clients.
- Prior work with loyalty, rewards, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience managing third-party system transformations (including legacy-to-3rd-party migrations).

Location & Work Model
- Primary location: Atlanta, GA (role supports telecommute / remote work as part of a telecommute-enabled engagement).
- Contract engagement — expected to participate in regular cross-functional meetings across time zones as required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $70.00 - $78.00 per hour (the posted range reflects the good-faith estimate of pay at posting).
- Additional benefits depend on the contracting arrangement and are determined by the client and contracting terms.
