Role Overview
Confidential Client (Software Development) is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Studio, an enterprise-grade AI workflow and automation product. You will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborate across engineering, design, data science, and GTM, and deliver reliable AI-driven automation that scales across organizations.
What You’ll Achieve
- Own the end-to-end product vision and prioritized roadmap for AI Studio, tying investments directly to measurable customer impact and business outcomes.
- Drive business outcomes for a consumption-based AI product: own reporting, forecasting, and ROI; define metrics that connect usage to revenue.
- Scale the product to reliably support millions of workflows with enterprise-grade quality, performance, and dependability.
- Ship automation and orchestration capabilities that let teams deploy AI from single-team workflows to processes spanning thousands of users.
- Build enterprise trust through governance, admin controls, and change-management features enabling confident, safe AI rollout.
- Partner directly with large enterprise customers to translate complex workflow needs into product features and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI Studio.
- Define and measure KPIs that tie usage and performance to a consumption-based revenue model.
- Work with engineering and data science to design for reliability, scale, and model behavior trade-offs.
- Lead discovery with enterprise customers and transform research into prioritized product work.
- Own product launches, cross-functional execution, and post-launch measurement and iteration.
- Influence GTM and customer-facing teams on product positioning, adoption, and admin controls.
About You (Qualifications)
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on AI, automation, workflow builders, or enterprise platform products.
- Deep familiarity with automation concepts: workflow builders, rules engines, orchestration, triggers/actions, and integrations.
- Experience partnering with large enterprise customers and addressing governance, change management, and system-critical processes.
- Proven track record owning business outcomes (revenue/consumption metrics, forecasting, ROI analysis).
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool use, and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with consumption- or usage-based billing products.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation systems or enterprise AI deployments.
- Background in building admin, governance, and change-management capabilities for enterprises.
Location & Schedule
- This role is based in San Francisco, CA and follows an office-centric hybrid schedule (typical in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; many teams work from home on Wednesday; Friday work-from-home depends on team needs).

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary range: $202,000 - $230,000 (actual base salary will depend on market and individual qualifications). This range is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.
- Compensation package may include equity and additional benefits.
