Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Logistics Business Support professional for a 1-year W2 contract to support day-to-day logistics operations in Plano, TX. This role is on-site (Plano) and works Day shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM). The position pays $32/hr. Bilingual English/Korean skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and performance summaries for leadership review
- Support Group/Sales Team Leaders with administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
- Track and compile performance data; generate and maintain business reports
- Respond to customer inquiries about service status and general requests
- Assist with freight rate quotations, pricing proposals, and rate documentation
- Maintain CRM and sales databases; update pipeline and lead statuses
- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate cross-departmental resolution
- Support sales documentation, proposals, presentations, and Excel-based P&L simulations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients
- Support onboarding for new business and cross-functional projects
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and process-improvement tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Entry level up to 3 years’ experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development support
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Korean — bilingual requirement
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $32.00 per hour (W2)
- Duration: 1 year (contract)
- Location: Plano, TX (on-site)
- Shift: Day — 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Preferred / Nice to Have
- Practical experience with sales pipeline management and margin analysis
- Prior exposure to freight pricing or rate quoting
- Familiarity with P&L simulations and profitability analysis in Excel
