About the role
Confidential Client is building an AI-powered voice automation platform that helps businesses improve customer experiences and manage millions of conversations. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help design, build, and operate the systems and interfaces that power this platform — from prompt orchestration and telephony integrations to dashboards and developer-facing APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Build core platform features: prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Design and implement scalable full-stack systems: polished UIs, reliable APIs, and robust deployment workflows.
- Own projects from technical design through production launch and ongoing iteration.
- Create intuitive products and developer-friendly APIs to accelerate customer onboarding.
- Partner with customers to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and company leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Node.js and Python or similar back-end technologies.
- Strong product thinking and a track record of shipping features end-to-end.
- Comfortable working across the stack — front-end, back-end, and deployment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (or equivalent demonstrated skills).
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively in small, fast-paced teams and takes ownership of outcomes.
Nice-to-have / preferred
- Experience with voice/telephony integrations (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC, etc.).
- Background building analytics or orchestration systems.
- Prior work on developer-facing APIs or integrations.
- Familiarity with production observability, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
