What You’ll Do

You will design and build scalable Audience Builder and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities used for segmentation, preview, and activation of audiences. Work end-to-end across the UI and backend to deliver production-quality features that integrate with modern data and streaming platforms and support AI-assisted experiences.

• Build and maintain a React/TypeScript-based Audience Builder UI and customer activation workflows
• Design and implement backend APIs and services for audience creation, preview, segmentation, and activation
• Develop scalable services using Python and Node.js with robust REST APIs and SQL data access
• Integrate with Databricks / Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka / Event Hubs, and other data platforms
• Implement AI-assisted segmentation, customer preview, and recommender-system features
• Design and implement entity-resolution / record-linkage pipelines
• Define and build graph models and graph-database-backed solutions for relationship and identity modeling
• Apply ML experimentation and evaluation (NDCG, MAP, precision/recall), run RCA and production debugging
• Produce unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow engineering best practices
• Participate in HLD/LLD, architecture, and data modeling discussions; collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, QA, and other engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of software / full-stack engineering experience
• Experience at FAANG or product-based technology companies (listed as mandatory by the hiring team)
• Strong hands-on Python development experience
• Strong React, TypeScript, and Next.js experience
• Experience with Pandas and PySpark
• Practical AI/ML experience and familiarity with ML lifecycle and experimentation
• Expertise in recommender systems (matrix factorization, deep learning ranking models)
• Hands-on experience with entity resolution / record linkage
• Strong experience with graph modeling and graph databases (mandatory)
• Experience building REST APIs and working with SQL
• Hands-on experience with Databricks / Delta Lake
• Experience with Redis and Kafka / Event Hubs
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating cross-functionally

• Experience with real-time ML systems and production inference
• Experience handling TB/PB-scale datasets
• Background in customer data platforms, personalization, or audience activation
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and ML platforms
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical documentation skills
