What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring for a rotational Leadership Development Program in Engineering designed for early-career engineers. This 3-year program includes three 12-month assignments across core engineering functions to accelerate technical and leadership growth.

  • Participate in three 12-month rotations: Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and a third assignment aligned to business needs (Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality).
  • Own meaningful, high-impact projects that support business and divisional objectives.
  • Complete structured online learning modules and on-the-job training to develop technical skills and professional competencies.
  • Work cross-functionally on diverse, high-performing teams and present results to senior mentors and leaders.
  • Engage in behavioral and leadership workshops to build long-term performance capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver project work that advances product and manufacturing performance.
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to process, product, and quality problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Document technical work and communicate project outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in continuous-improvement initiatives across functions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering with a strong academic record — graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
  • Early-career engineers or candidates new to the job market seeking a structured development path.
  • Demonstrated academic and/or professional achievement and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Commitment to the full 3-year rotational program; candidates should be open to relocation to maximize development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $77,500 per year (Bachelor’s level). Annual bonus eligible.

Location & Visa

  • Job location: Chaska, MN. Candidates should be willing to relocate if required to complete rotations.
