What You’ll Do
The confidential client is hiring a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead the pre-authorization data enrichment and matching product that powers transaction fraud decisioning. You will:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for pre-authorization enrichment, merchant matching, and third-party risk signals.
- Translate business goals into prioritized epics, features, and user stories; define acceptance criteria and MVPs.
- Serve as the product expert in vendor and internal stakeholder relationships; manage requirements and integrations.
- Lead day-to-day engineering delivery, collaborate with designers, data scientists, QA, and architects, and unblock teams.
- Use data-driven hypotheses and experimentation to measure impact on approval rates and fraud mitigation.
- Ensure product decisions follow risk, compliance, and regulatory processes relevant to Financial Services.
- Communicate roadmaps and results clearly to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
- 1+ years serving as a product owner in an agile development process, partnering with cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Location Pay Range
The confidential client provides location-based pay ranges for this role (full-time, annual):
- Chicago, IL: $101,100 - $115,400
- McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900
- New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400
- Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
Candidates in other locations will be offered the pay range associated with that work location. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives).
