Role overview

This is an early-career Product Manager role focused on consumer-facing travel experiences for a Confidential Client in the Financial Services industry. You will learn and apply core product management skills—user research, hypothesis-driven decision-making, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery—while helping build and launch digital experiences used by millions of customers.


What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and subject-matter experts to define features and acceptance criteria.
  • Break down epics into features and user stories, prioritizing for minimum viable product (MVP) tests and fast learning.
  • Use data and hypothesis-driven experiments to validate product choices and measure business outcomes.
  • Own and maintain prioritized roadmaps for your features and coordinate releases with partner teams.
  • Operate autonomously in an Agile environment, balancing customer needs, technology considerations, and risk controls.
  • Participate in cross-team forums to align stakeholders, share roadmap updates, and escalate dependencies.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development process.

Compensation & benefits

  • Location-based salary range for New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 (full-time, annual). This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives) and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Confidential Client provides benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other wellbeing support. Final offer details will be provided in the candidate’s offer letter and may vary by location and employment type.
