Summary

Confidential Client is hiring a Senior Associate, Product Manager focused on Trade Credit Customer Experience. This is a full-time, associate-level product management role on a cross-functional team building B2B trade credit capabilities and improving experiences for customers, partners, and internal support agents.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and prioritize product features from epics down to MVP user stories in collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and operations
  • Develop acceptance criteria and ensure features are testable and aligned with user research
  • Use hypothesis-driven analytics to measure feature impact and iterate on product decisions
  • Manage a prioritized roadmap while balancing speed, risk, and business goals
  • Operate autonomously in an Agile environment to deliver product increments
  • Engage with stakeholders and partner teams to communicate roadmap, status, and risks
  • Participate in horizontal forums to build trusted cross-functional relationships and raise your team’s product expertise

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience OR 1+ year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer- or partner-facing digital products
  • 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile development process and working with cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Location-specific base salary for candidates hired to work in New York, NY: USD 121,300 - 138,400 per year for Sr. Associate, Product Management
  • This role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives) per company plan
  • Confidential Client offers a comprehensive benefits package; specific eligibility and details will be provided during the hiring process
