What You’ll Do

  • Drive product discovery and delivery for card partnerships, focusing on customer-facing digital experiences and core product platforms.
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories; define acceptance criteria and guide teams toward an MVP for testable outcomes.
  • Use hypothesis-driven analysis of data to validate product ideas and prioritize work that delivers measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build secure, scalable solutions.
  • Operate independently in an Agile environment to conduct research, develop features, and iterate based on performance and feedback.
  • Communicate product roadmaps and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and partner teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or military experience).
  • At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • 1+ years serving as a product owner in agile development processes.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Chicago, IL full-time annual salary range for this role: $101,100 - $115,400.
  • This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives), dependent on plan rules.

  • Location: Chicago, IL (onsite or hybrid as defined by the hiring team).
