What You’ll Do

You’ll join the Airport Lounge Digital Product team as a Senior Associate-level Product Manager focused on backend technology that powers customer-facing lounge experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, strategy, and ops partners to translate business strategy into validated product features, own roadmaps for scoped work, and deliver high-quality platform components that enable front-end experiences.

• Break down business epics into features and user stories and drive delivery toward an MVP for fast validation
• Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering to ensure testable, shippable outcomes
• Use hypothesis-driven, data-informed decision making to prioritize features that move business metrics
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (tech, design, data science, marketing, guest experience) to remove blockers and align priorities
• Operate autonomously in an agile environment and own feature implementation and launch readiness
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into actionable back-end feature roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering to clarify scope and dependencies
• Collaborate with designers and researchers to identify where additional customer research is needed
• Define success metrics and use data to validate assumptions and inform next steps
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization
• Participate in horizontal forums to build relationships and share learnings across product teams

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
• Comfortable working with technical teams to define acceptance criteria and translate requirements into deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Customer-focused, able to operate in ambiguous environments and prioritize for impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences
• 1+ years serving as a product owner in an agile development process
• Experience with backend systems or platform work that supports front-end digital experiences

Compensation & Benefits (New York, NY)

The salary range for candidates hired to work in New York, NY for this role is:

• $121,300 - $138,400 USD (annual, full-time)

This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (bonuses and/or long-term incentives). Benefits are provided by the hiring organization and may include health, financial, and other well-being programs; eligibility varies by employment status.
