The Recoveries / Customer Resiliency team cares for customers in vulnerable moments and builds agent-facing tools and workflows that help people responsibly manage debt while protecting the business. The team is modernizing platforms and processes to increase recoveries, reduce friction, and deliver humane, compliant experiences for both customers and agents.
About the Role
The confidential client is hiring a Senior Associate, Product Management to lead the future of Recoveries agent experiences. This role focuses on retiring legacy agent UIs and defining the long-term destination state for agent-facing tools as platforms migrate to a next-generation data and platform stack. You will work across design, tech, operations, compliance, and analytics to deliver streamlined workflows that empower agents to help customers and drive business results.
What You’ll Do
- Drive legacy platform decommissioning: lead product strategy, technical execution, and operational alignment to sunset legacy tools and migrate agents to modern systems.
- Shape the agent-tool strategy: define vision and roadmap for agent-facing applications within the Recoveries domain.
- Optimize agent workflows: design intuitive, high-impact experiences that reduce friction and increase agent efficiency.
- Build destination-state experiences: partner with Design, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Business Analysts to deliver next-generation capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-platform: work with platform modernization programs (including real-time intelligence initiatives) to integrate personalization and real-time data into agent workflows.
- Maintain well-managed standards: ensure delivered experiences meet compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
- 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile process.
- Experience with legacy system retirements, platform migrations, or workflow modernization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Location-specific salary for Chicago, IL: $101,100 - $115,400 (annual) for Senior Associate, Product Management.
- Role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives).
