About the Role

This opportunity is with a Confidential Client in Financial Services looking for a Senior Associate on their Product Management team focused on Partnerships Customer Experience. The team owns the post-acquisition customer experience for partner channels, enabling new cardholders to spend immediately via in-store and online instant-spend experiences. This role is hands-on and cross-functional — you’ll work with design, engineering, data, marketing and external partners to design, build, experiment on, and launch customer-facing features that drive initial engagement and spending.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, and partner teams to define and deliver new customer experiences for partner channels.
  • Break business epics into features and user stories; write clear acceptance criteria to guide development and testing.
  • Prioritize and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business impact, technical constraints, and risk controls.
  • Use hypothesis-driven experimentation and analytics to validate features and iterate quickly.
  • Lead launches of new capabilities and monitor success metrics; identify opportunities to optimize in-market experiences.
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment while participating in cross-team forums to share learnings and align on platform strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience, OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and rally teams to shared goals.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and biased toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
  • 1+ years serving as a product owner or working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Experience with experimentation/analytics and designing for rapid validation of hypotheses.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Location-specific salary range for New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 (annual) for Senior Associate, Product Management.
  • This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives) and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Actual salary offered will be reflected in the candidate’s offer letter and may vary by location and experience.

  • Position location: New York, NY (on-site or location-based as defined by the Confidential Client).
