Role Overview
Confidential client in the Financial Services industry is hiring a Senior Associate, Product Management to join the team owning card offer experiences. You will help design, build, and iterate targeted customer offer experiences across digital and in-store channels — working closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and external partners to increase relevancy and conversion.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day product execution for card offer features and customer journeys
- Break down business epics into features and user stories; drive MVP-focused delivery
- Define acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering to ship clean implementations
- Use hypothesis-driven experiments and real-time A/B testing to measure and improve offer performance
- Prioritize roadmaps and tradeoffs to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Partner with designers, data scientists, and stakeholders to inform product decisions with research and analytics
- Participate in cross-team forums to align on platform needs and product strategy

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Comfortable working autonomously within cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
- 1+ years acting as a product owner in an agile development process
Compensation & Benefits
The confidential client provides the following full-time annual salary range for candidates hired to perform work in New York, NY:
- $121,300 - $138,400 (Senior Associate, Product Management)
This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (bonuses and/or long-term incentives). Benefits include a comprehensive package for health, financial, and well-being support (eligibility varies by role and status).
