What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management (Acquisitions — Well-Managed) to help scale and operate the new account application experience. You will partner with designers, engineers, data scientists, and risk/control teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and customer-centered digital products.

• Own feature and product roadmaps for assigned initiatives; prioritize to deliver highest business value.
• Break down epics into features and user stories; define acceptance criteria and drive teams toward low-effort MVPs for valid tests.
• Use hypothesis-driven, data-informed decision making to validate ideas and measure impact.
• Collaborate in agile squads to research, prototype, build, and iterate on solutions that improve conversion, control, and compliance.
• Seek opportunities to leverage automation and Agentic AI to scale controls and monitoring across the new-account workflow.
• Communicate product intent, scope, and metrics clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in horizontal forums to align with platform, architecture, and regulatory stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Basic qualifications (required):

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile teams and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, highly regulated environments and partnering with compliance/risk stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1+ years translating strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years serving as a product owner or similar role within an agile development process.
• Experience with human-centered design, A/B testing, MVP definition, and product telemetry.

You’ll join the Acquisitions — Well-Managed team focused on the integrity and performance of the new-account application process — one of the organization’s most critical and highly regulated workflows. This role has a direct impact on customer experience, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention through improved controls and product design.

Compensation & Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salary for this role in McLean, VA is:

• $111,200 - $126,900 for Senior Associate, Product Management

This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (e.g., cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives). Confidential Client offers competitive health, financial, and other benefits; eligibility varies by role and status.
