What You’ll Do
Join a confidential client’s Luxury Travel product team and help build premium travel booking experiences used by millions. You’ll balance end-to-end execution with cross-functional stakeholder management, drive high-impact initiatives, and lead integrations across travel booking portals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and deliver the future of luxury travel experiences.
- Co-own a tech delivery team with another product manager to execute complex integrations and build bespoke end-to-end travel features.
- Define hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and analyze results to iterate on features and maximize impact.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories; create acceptance criteria to support efficient engineering delivery.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog; manage roadmaps to align with business goals and risk controls.
- Work with designers, engineers, data scientists, and partners to ensure high-quality launches and performant product features.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- Experience leading integrations with external partners and building travel-related product experiences is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for candidates performing work in McLean, VA is:
- $111,200 - $126,900 (full-time, annual) for Senior Associate, Product Management.
This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Benefits eligibility and details will be provided by the confidential client and depend on employment status.
