What You’ll Do

You will be a hands-on product manager supporting an enterprise-scale card processing platform. You’ll drive execution across payments logic, legacy-to-target migrations, and resiliency efforts that protect customer payment experiences and enable business growth.

  • Lead high-stakes program and conversion execution for card-processing initiatives (including major card network integrations).
  • Own product discovery, requirements, and data validation for clearing and transaction flows.
  • Map legacy processes to target-state architectures and support bridge solutions and rollouts.
  • Build roadmaps and product strategy informed by business needs, data, and customer impact.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring production errors and define systemic fixes to reduce manual “catch & fix” work.
  • Define, test, and validate disaster recovery readiness and failover criteria for critical processing features.
  • Triage incoming feature and operational requests and translate them into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

You’ll be supported to grow in four key dimensions as you execute:

    • Use hypothesis-driven analysis to validate that features deliver measurable business outcomes and manage risk.
  • Technology fluency
    • Work autonomously with engineering, designers, and data teams to build platform-driven solutions.
  • Transformational leadership
    • Communicate concise roadmaps and progress metrics to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Who We’re Looking For

You thrive in ambiguous environments and can translate complex systems into clear product decisions.

  • Intellectually curious — asks “why,” explores edge cases, and digs until answers are found.
  • Strong communicator and influencer — explains complex ideas to different audiences and rallies teams.
  • Bias toward action — organized, able to multitask and prioritize, and comfortable iterating quickly.
  • Customer-focused — passionate about building and shipping products that solve real customer problems.
  • Collaborative team player — builds trusted relationships and elevates team outcomes.
