What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Senior Associate on the Product Management team focused on Commercial Lending servicing technologies. In this role you will partner with business, technology, and design teams to deliver scalable products and operational improvements that support loan servicing, monitoring, and decision-making.

• Deliver product features and roadmap capabilities that support strategy and operations for a top-tier commercial banking business
• Define product strategy and translate business goals into measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business partners to scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions
• Build “always-on” technology and automation to increase profitability and associate effectiveness
• Strengthen controls and monitoring to reduce operational risk and improve process reliability
• Use data and customer insights to drive product decisions and measure impact
• Serve as a product owner in agile development processes, guiding stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Engage with internal and external partners to align on integrations and cross-team dependencies

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required)

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• Minimum 1 year of product management experience OR 1+ year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile delivery practices

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• 1+ years translating strategy or analysis into consumer- or associate-facing digital products
• 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
• Experience acting as a product owner in an agile environment and partnering with engineering and design

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary (for candidates hired to work in McLean, VA): $111,200 - $126,900 annually
• Role may be eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives) depending on plan
• Confidential Client provides a comprehensive benefits package; eligibility varies by employment status and level
