What You’ll Do
Confidential client is hiring a Senior Associate, Product Management (Card Core) to help deliver high-impact product features that power card experiences. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into prioritized roadmaps, define requirements, and support delivery of AI-enabled features that reduce friction and improve customer outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, design, data, and engineering to capture needs, align priorities, and drive execution
- Break down epics into features and user stories; define acceptance criteria and drive toward MVPs for rapid validation
- Monitor feature-level health and platform risk metrics; write clear functional requirements to maintain platform integrity
- Own and prioritize product roadmaps while applying risk management and compliance considerations
- Work autonomously in agile teams to research, design, and deliver technology-driven product solutions
- Support AI-powered onboarding tools and other automation initiatives to streamline customer journeys
- Participate in cross-team forums to share roadmaps, drive consistency, and promote platform best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Comfortable working in agile teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
- 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences
- 1+ years serving as a product owner in an agile development process
- Experience collaborating with designers, data scientists, and technologists on AI-enabled features
Compensation & Benefits
The following salary range applies to candidates hired to work in Chicago, IL for this role:
- $101,100 - $115,400 (annual, full-time)
This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives per plan rules. Confidential client offers a comprehensive benefits package; eligibility and specifics vary by role and location.
