What You’ll Do
You will join a product team owning a platform (Axon) that supports human intervention workflows across the credit-card acquisition lifecycle. As a Senior Associate on this team you will:
- Break down business epics into testable features and user stories, driving to MVP for valid feature tests
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, architects, analysts, and operations to define product acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features and maintain a roadmap that balances customer experience, risk management, and technical feasibility
- Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis and use data to validate assumptions and measure impact
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to research, design, and deliver platform capabilities
- Participate in cross-functional forums to align stakeholders and scale platform solutions

You’ll work on Axon — a platform that routes and manages customer and agent experiences when human intervention is needed to resolve automated decisions. The team focuses on delivering faster, more consistent interventions that reduce friction and support business growth. You will help shape the platform strategy, simplify maintenance, and improve experiences for internal users and customers.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in product management OR at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science or engineering
- 1+ years translating strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- 1+ years working on core product platforms that power digital experiences
- 1+ years acting as a product owner in an agile development process
Compensation & Employment Type
- Employment type: Full-time
- Location: Chicago, IL (role is associated with this location)
- Salary range for Chicago, IL: $101,100 – $115,400 (annual, full-time). This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives) as applicable.
