What You’ll Do
You will help drive global digital adoption and engagement for key enterprise digital assets in partnership with business lines, engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on developing and executing a targeted strategy to evolve the digital experience — particularly for supplementary and employee cardholders — and using usage insights to prioritize and deliver high-impact product enhancements.
- Define and deploy strategies to increase digital adoption and engagement across enterprise digital products.
- Partner with engineering, UX/design, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate insights into backlog priorities and product improvements.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on features.
- Execute product initiatives end-to-end: scope, prioritize, coordinate delivery, and measure outcomes.
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and results to partners and leadership.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and support change management for adoption efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst or similar role.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Track record of delivering projects and getting things done.
- Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with enthusiasm for product development and curiosity about user behavior.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience participating in Agile product development.
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform backlog enhancements and product decisions.
- Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and best practices.
- Experience working in matrix organizations or cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mural, Figma a plus.
Additional Considerations & Logistics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Employment eligibility to work with Confidential Client in the U.S. is required; Confidential Client will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
- Flexible working model may include hybrid, onsite, or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need.
