Senior Associate-Digital Product Management
The Senior Associate-Digital Product Management role at Confidential Client supports the transformation and enhancement of new account digital onboarding capabilities within the Risk Products and Data Strategy team. What You’ll Do
This stakeholder-facing role supports the delivery of next-generation digital onboarding capabilities. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive cross-functional coordination, and help deliver scalable onboarding solutions that balance customer experience and risk management.
- Translate stakeholder inputs into clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Credit & Fraud Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, EAPP, and other teams to design future-state onboarding processes.
- Support requirement readiness for development, prioritization, and dependency management.
- Coordinate and support testing activities (UAT, end-to-end, regression).
- Track project status, risks, action items, and milestones; prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to measure performance and inform process improvements.
- Help implement process controls and support deployment of onboarding enhancements.
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product support, onboarding, risk, operations, or process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong ability to document and translate business processes and requirements into clear artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; the client will not sponsor visas for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, new account onboarding, credit, or fraud-related processes.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process design, and operational workflow improvements.
- Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and backlog/requirement management.
- Knowledge of credit risk policies, decisioning systems, credit bureau processes, or onboarding platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (USD): $89,250 — $150,250 per year.
