What You’ll Do

You will support client engagements that assess and strengthen cybersecurity, risk, and compliance programs. Work will include consulting, assessments, audits, and remediation planning to align clients with regulatory and framework requirements.

  • Support clients in navigating regulatory and compliance landscapes and strengthening internal controls
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and translate findings into prioritized remediation plans
  • Implement and maintain compliance frameworks and programs (policies, procedures, controls)
  • Perform compliance audits, walkthroughs, and control testing to validate adherence to standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity risk-management solutions
  • Analyze data to draw actionable insights and prepare concise recommendations for stakeholders
  • Apply ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework guidance to engagements
  • Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and evidence for regulatory and audit needs
  • Engage in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and client advisory capabilities

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cybersecurity risk, compliance, or related advisory work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work on client engagements
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (the confidential client’s sponsorship policy may vary)

Preferred / Differentiators

  • Experience with Cybersecurity Risk Management or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Hands-on or advisory experience using ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • Experience performing compliance audits and control testing
  • Familiarity with data protection practices and Data Protection Management (DPM)
  • Comfortable analyzing data to support risk assessments and reporting
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience and ability to build client relationships

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable law)
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (details subject to the confidential client’s benefits package)

  • Location: Philadelphia, PA (William Penn Annex East)
  • Work model: Hybrid (on-site presence expected as required by client engagements)
