Confidential Client’s Infrastructure Engineering group blends design and construction expertise to deliver complex infrastructure projects (structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials). The team focuses on constructability, cost control, schedule optimization, and risk reduction through an integrated project controls approach. As an in-house resource, the group supports projects across markets and emphasizes safety, collaboration, and career development.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Scheduler to join the Project Controls team supporting infrastructure projects in Sedalia, CO. The Scheduler will create and maintain project schedules for estimating and active projects, apply company scheduling procedures, coordinate with project teams to identify risks and develop accurate forecasts, and support reporting to keep projects on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Develop schedules for estimates and current projects, showing logical construction/engineering sequencing
- Execute company scheduling procedures and maintain required reports
- Coordinate with project teams to evaluate progress, identify risks, and prepare accurate forecasts
- Support project controls activities that improve schedule performance, cost control, and constructability
- Participate in integrated project team meetings and support timely decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required
- 0–2 years of scheduling or project controls experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines
- Must meet eligibility requirements to work on Federal projects (when applicable)
- Willingness to travel or accept occasional extended assignments to other sites; ability to relocate if business needs require

- Adhere to safety policies and follow written and oral instructions on site
- Ability to work normal operating hours and, when required, overtime or weekend hours

Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $83,000 - $89,000 per year (actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors)
