Role overview

This Confidential Client is hiring a Scheduler I to support field coordination and project schedule management across construction and EPC projects. This is an early-career role focused on learning and applying CPM scheduling tools, monitoring project timelines, and working with cross-functional teams including field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. This role is expected to begin in 2027.


What you’ll do

You will support schedule planning and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle, under supervision. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Assist in drafting and updating project schedules using common CPM scheduling software
  • Monitor schedule progress and provide updates to project supervision
  • Help develop mitigation plans with site management to address schedule variances
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and operations to align field activities
  • Build positive working relationships across organizational levels and backgrounds
  • Perform other scheduling and coordination tasks as assigned

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field by summer 2027
  • Willingness to be mobile and relocate frequently for project assignments as required by the business
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage competing priorities

  • Previous related internship or field experience in construction or scheduling
  • Basic understanding of construction practices and business processes
  • Familiarity with CPM scheduling concepts and scheduling software

Compensation & benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $78,800 - $98,500 per year. This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
