Overview
Confidential client seeks Schedule Technicians and Schedule Integrators to support large-scale semiconductor construction and tool-install programs. These full-time contractor roles support complex cleanroom, facilities, and tool install projects across U.S. manufacturing sites. Paid relocation assistance is available for outstanding candidates.
These positions work closely with project managers, construction teams, engineering groups, factory stakeholders, subcontractors, and area coordinators to maintain executable integrated schedules aligned with project milestones, installation sequencing, and operational constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning, development, coordination, maintenance, and reporting of integrated project schedules for semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing construction programs.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to collect updates, maintain schedule data, and publish status reporting.
- Help identify schedule impacts from design changes, procurement delays, sequencing conflicts, and propose recovery options.
- Produce weekly schedule reports, forecasts, milestone tracking, and dashboards for project leadership.
Schedule Technician — Key Responsibilities
- Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting activities in Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers, area coordinators, construction teams, and stakeholders to collect schedule updates.
- Assist in incorporating facility, base-build, and tool-install constraints into schedules.
- Help identify negative float conditions and support recovery planning.
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule status updates.
- Assist with schedule impact assessments and what-if scenario analysis.
- Support schedule data collection and cross-team coordination.
Schedule Integrator — Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and publish integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Lead schedule coordination with project managers, engineering teams, factory stakeholders, and trade partners.
- Incorporate installation sequencing, supplier delivery timing, and operational constraints into integrated schedules.
- Identify schedule risks, sequencing conflicts, and execution gaps impacting milestones.
- Provide impact analysis for changes, delays, acceleration efforts, and what-if scenarios.
- Present schedule status and forecasts in project meetings and leadership forums.
- Produce weekly schedule reports, forecasting updates, and milestone tracking for leadership review.
- Provide coverage for lead scheduling tasks when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience supporting construction scheduling, project controls, project coordination, or integrated scheduling on industrial or large-capital construction projects.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred.
- Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and construction sequencing logic.
- Ability to support schedule forecasting, progress tracking, reporting, and impact analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard project reporting tools.
Preferred Background
- Semiconductor construction and cleanroom projects.
- Tool install or tool hook-up projects.
- Advanced manufacturing facilities or mission-critical manufacturing.
- Industrial or process facility construction; MEP/CSA environments.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with internship, co-op, or construction coordination experience are encouraged to apply for Schedule Technician roles.
- Experienced schedulers with Primavera P6 and large industrial or semiconductor backgrounds are encouraged to apply for Schedule Integrator roles.

- These roles may support projects in Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio depending on assignment.
