Position overview
Confidential Client is hiring motivated candidates for a paid, instructor-led SAP training program in the US designed to prepare entry-level consultants. This paid program combines structured classroom and hands-on project work across multiple SAP modules. Employment type: Full-time. Estimated compensation: $85,882 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Participate actively in structured SAP training and learning programs.
- Learn core SAP concepts, business processes, and system functionality.
- Gain practical, hands-on experience in your assigned SAP module.
- Work on real-time project scenarios and hands-on exercises.
- Support testing and validation activities for training projects.
- Prepare basic functional and technical documentation.
- Assist senior SAP consultants with issue analysis and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete assigned assessments and training milestones.
- Continuously develop SAP and related business-process knowledge.

Eligibility & Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computers and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to commit to a structured training program and build a long-term career in SAP consulting.

Preferred skills
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts.
- Basic SQL knowledge (advantage for technical/data tracks).

- Sales/business process knowledge (beneficial for SAP SD).
- Basic programming knowledge (beneficial for SAP ABAP).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
