Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SAP Product Manager to act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for SAP-enabled capabilities that support sales, customer management, and related commercial functions. This role requires strong product management skills, deep SAP platform knowledge, and a data-driven approach to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for SAP solutions supporting sales, customer management, and related business functions
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate priorities into actionable product plans
- Identify opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve outcomes
- Manage product initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Prioritize product backlogs and feature enhancements based on business value and user feedback
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across SAP functional teams, developers, architects, project managers, and business users
- Drive Agile practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and release planning
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to ensure measurable value delivery
- Evaluate SAP roadmaps and industry best practices to recommend future enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of product management, SAP product ownership, business systems analysis, or related experience
- Experience managing products, platforms, or enterprise applications within an SAP environment
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and align technology investments with business strategy
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Experience with SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or S/4HANA highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, or optimization experience
- Enterprise application product management background
- Experience supporting sales, customer service, order management, or commercial business processes
- Product roadmap development, business case creation, and value realization tracking
- Vendor and systems integrator management
- Participation in digital transformation and process modernization programs

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year (range provided in good faith and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors)
- Comprehensive benefits may include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and paid time off for salaried employees as applicable
- This role is classified as FULL_TIME
