The Opportunity
Confidential Client is seeking a Staff 2 SAP Consultant to join a two-year Consultant Development Program (CDP). This hybrid, client-facing role focuses on building practical SAP technical and functional skills while supporting implementation and transformation projects across areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Data & Analytics. The role requires substantial client travel (estimated ~80%) and offers structured mentorship and hands-on project experience.
What You’ll Do
- Engage in client working sessions to define, validate, and deliver solution components.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Support configuration, integration, and testing across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Analyze data to inform recommendations and solution design.
- Assist with test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Generate system reports, support user training, and drive user adoption.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery meets business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships supporting enterprise technology, ERP, business process transformation, or systems implementations.
- Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution delivery processes.
- Experience defining, analyzing, and mapping business and technical requirements.
- Technical aptitude or experience with one or more of: Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, C/C++, PHP, web development, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and integration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites (estimated ~80%).

- Experience using analytics and visualization tools to support business decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (all U.S. locations): $76,600 — $126,300 per year.
- Base salary range for New York City Metro, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $91,800 — $143,400 per year.
- Individual salary within these ranges is determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and geography.
