What You’ll Do
This role is part of a two-year Consultant Development Program (CDP) within the SAP practice at our Confidential Client. As a Staff 2 consultant you will help deliver SAP and ERP solutions that drive operational improvements for clients. You will work across functional and technical teams to translate business needs into system functionality, support implementations, and help clients adopt technology-enabled processes.
- Participate in the Consultant Development Program to build technical competency, consulting fundamentals, and project delivery experience
- Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements, map processes, and define solution scope
- Support configuration, integration, and testing across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Analyze data to support solution design and to create meaningful reports and dashboards
- Document business and technical specifications and assist developers or configuration leads with implementation details
- Support test planning, execution, defect management, and user training to drive successful adoption
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Travel to client sites as required (estimated up to 80%)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or internship experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP, or systems implementation initiatives
- Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution delivery
- Ability to define, analyze, and map business and technical requirements
- Experience with business process design and system integration concepts
- Technical aptitude or experience with one or more of: Java, JavaScript, .Net, Python, C/C++, PHP, web development, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build client relationships
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (driver’s license and reliable transportation recommended where applicable)
Preferred / Ideal Experience
- Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and related modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, or SuccessFactors)
- SAP certification or active pursuit of certification in a relevant functional/technical area
- Prior consulting experience, client engagement, or project management involvement
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using analytics tools to interpret data and drive recommendations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (all U.S. locations): $76,600 to $126,300 per year
- Base salary range (New York City Metro, Washington State, California excluding Sacramento): $91,800 to $143,400 per year
- Exact pay within these ranges will be determined by factors including experience, skills, and location
