Role summary
This opportunity is for a Staff 2 in an SAP Consultant Development Program (CDP) supporting a Confidential Client in the Consultancy sector. The two-year CDP is designed to build technical SAP competency, consulting fundamentals, and project delivery experience. You will work on SAP/ERP implementations, support solution design and testing, and engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
What You’ll Do
You will contribute to delivery execution and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to help clients capture business value from SAP and related platforms.
- Engage in client working sessions to capture, validate, and deliver solution components.
- Analyze data to support recommendations and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into technical or functional specifications.
- Support configuration and integration across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Assist with test planning, test execution, and issue resolution.
- Generate system reports and help support user training and adoption.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or internships supporting enterprise technology, ERP, business process transformation, or systems implementations.
- Understanding of business processes in one or more areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Data & Analytics.
- Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution delivery processes.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to define, analyze, and map business and technical requirements.
- Experience or aptitude in technical areas (examples): Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, C/C++, PHP, web development, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills; ability to work in hybrid or client-site settings.
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations (travel estimate: up to ~80%).
Preferred (nice-to-have)
- Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP certification or actively pursuing SAP certification.
- Experience with client engagement, project management, or driving delivery to completion.
- Familiarity with integration tools, data & analytics, or business process design.
- Demonstrated consulting interest through coursework, extracurriculars, or internships.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (recommended for client site work).
Compensation & Benefits
The Confidential Client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges for this role in the United States:
- All U.S. locations: $76,600 to $126,300 (base salary).
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $91,800 to $143,400 (base salary).
Actual pay within these ranges will be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location.

Work location & travel
Primary job location: Iselin, NJ (08830). Depending on project needs, assignments may be delivered at client sites across the U.S.; some remote work may be possible. Regular travel to client locations is expected (estimate up to ~80%).
