The Opportunity
Confidential Client is hiring for a Staff 2 role within a SAP Consultant Development Program (CDP). This two-year rotational development program builds technical competency, consulting fundamentals, and hands-on project delivery experience across SAP and enterprise technology solutions.
As a Staff 2 participant you will work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into working solutions, support implementation activities, and help drive adoption. This role emphasizes delivery execution, cross-team collaboration, client engagement, and learning on-the-job. Regular travel to client sites is expected.
What You’ll Do
- Engage in client working sessions to define, validate and deliver solution components.
- Analyze business and system data to inform recommendations and solution design.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional or technical specifications.
- Support configuration and integration across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Assist with test planning, execution, defect resolution and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare reports and support end-user training to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, architecture, analytics, and business) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this Staff 2 role you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or internship experience supporting enterprise technology, ERP implementation, business process transformation, or related initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution delivery processes.
- Ability to define, analyze and map business and technical requirements.
- Technical aptitude in application functional design and familiarity with integration concepts.
- Experience or aptitude in one or more technologies or tools such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, C/C++, PHP, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, web development, or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client engagements (estimated travel up to 80%).
- Access to reliable transportation and, where applicable, a valid driver’s license.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP certification or active pursuit of certification.
- Prior consulting experience, internships, or project work that demonstrates client engagement and project delivery.
- Experience with business process design, data & analytics, or domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns or middleware and testing automation tools.

Compensation & Benefits
The client offers a competitive base salary and benefits package. Base salary ranges for U.S. applicants are provided below for pay‑transparency compliance:
- General U.S. base salary range: $76,600 to $126,300 per year.
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) base salary range: $91,800 to $143,400 per year.
Actual salary will be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and geography. The broader Total Rewards package may include medical and dental coverage, retirement plans (401(k) and/or pension), paid time off, and additional benefits.
Location & Travel
- Location: Anywhere in Country (role supports national placements); primary job posting location: Frankfort, KY.
- This role is client-facing and requires significant travel (estimated at up to 80%) to meet client needs.
- The role follows a hybrid model for many external delivery teams; expect 40–60% in-person collaboration over the course of engagements.
