What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer (Engineer II) to design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a focus on Experience Cloud. In this hands-on role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer and partner-facing portals, integrations, and platform automation.

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Build Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative components to meet business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Author and maintain technical design documents, unit tests, and deployment artifacts
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and enforce security best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and QA to deliver high-quality releases
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and documentation

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer (mid-level; typically 2+ years of hands-on development)
• Experience Cloud certification (required)
• Strong Apex and Lightning development experience (LWC preferred)
• Proven ability to design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration: flows, process automation, profiles/permissions, and data model
• Experience with source control and CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g., Git, CI pipelines)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant)
• Familiarity with middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar)
• Experience with enterprise release processes and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) beyond Lightning
