What You’ll Do
This entry-level technical role supports day-to-day administration and data management for the Confidential Client’s Salesforce / Nimble AMS environment. You will spend most of your time working directly in Salesforce to keep member and organizational data accurate, consistent, and actionable.
Primary responsibilities:
- Perform bulk data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader or similar tools
- Execute manual record updates and corrections in Salesforce / Nimble AMS
- Identify and resolve duplicate records and support deduplication efforts
- Monitor data integrity and flag inconsistencies to the Nimble Database Manager
- Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Pull, format, and deliver data for staff requests, leadership reviews, and membership communications
- Track member rosters, engagement, and participation records as required
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, field mappings, and workflow notes
- Assist with testing and QA for system updates, new features, and workflow changes
- Provide basic end-user support and troubleshooting for staff Salesforce questions
- Coordinate with business units on data requests and operational needs
- Respond to member support requests related to data and Salesforce access
- Contribute to training materials and help onboard staff Salesforce users
Who You Are / Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce with hands-on exposure (coursework, internships, Trailhead, or similar)
- Comfortable working with data: importing, exporting, cleaning, and organizing large record sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data preparation and review
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Organized, methodical approach to repetitive and process-driven tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to surface issues
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus; support for certification provided)
- Experience with Nimble AMS or other association management systems — or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with trade associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit environments
Location, Compensation & Employment Details
- Location: Manhattan, NY (onsite / hybrid as required by team — occasional travel for meetings or event support may be required)
- Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
- Estimated compensation: $62,460 per year (estimated)
- Travel: Occasional travel for meetings and on-site event support
