Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Admin Data Analyst to join a confidential client in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry. This contractor role combines Salesforce administration, data hygiene and governance, and data analytics to improve CRM data quality, reporting, and downstream system impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, profiles/permission sets).
- Lead and contribute to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives (duplicate/matching rules, deduplication, validation, cleanup).
- Analyze large structured and semi-structured datasets to identify data quality issues and root causes.
- Design and document scalable data solutions, including data models, data flows, and governance controls.
- Build data-quality metrics and dashboards to measure improvements and inform stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and leadership to translate business needs into system and data requirements.
- Support ETL/data pipelines and evaluate upstream/downstream impacts on data warehouses and analytics tools.
Required Qualifications (Must have)
- Proven Salesforce Administrator experience with hands-on declarative configuration.
- Experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene and governance initiatives.
- Strong data analytics skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce data quality tooling and processes.
- Proficiency with SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses/lakes, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in enterprise CRM environments with multiple integrations.
- Familiarity with automation best practices and performance tuning in Salesforce.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate data-quality KPIs to leadership.
Role Details
- Employment type: CONTRACTOR
- Location: Onsite / New Hampshire (local candidates or those willing to relocate are considered). Candidates should be available to pick up equipment on day one as required by the client.
- Interview process: 30-minute manager interview followed by a 60-minute panel interview.
- Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour (as provided by the confidential client).
- Expected start: Immediate/contingent on onboarding requirements.
