You Will

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle as an Entry‑Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee, including:

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Sourcing qualified professionals using recruiting tools and platforms
• Screening candidates via interviews and reference checks to assess skills, goals, and fit
• Communicating opportunities and preparing consultants/candidates for placements
• Coaching candidates for interviews and checking in on their first days to ensure successful starts
• Maintaining and growing a targeted network of industry‑aligned professionals
• Building trusted relationships and positioning yourself as a career partner for your network

Our Qualifiers

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Motivation to succeed in a performance-based role

Compensation & Perks

• Paid 13-week training period to start
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after the hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year of employment
• Significant unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
