What You’ll Do
- Complete an intensive, short-term training curriculum combining professional skills and technical fundamentals
- Participate in classroom instruction and workshops (Monday–Friday during program)
- Take part in interview prep, resume building, and networking exercises
- Be placed into an internship or job-placement pipeline through the program’s talent placement partner
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to support your career transition
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED recipient (no bachelor’s degree required)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration and committed to full participation
- Highly motivated, coachable, and able to work both independently and in teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; eagerness to learn technical and professional skills

Compensation & Benefits
