Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Sales Support Coordinator works within the sales organization supporting inbound and outbound activity as part of an Inbound Response Team in the Protection division. You will help financial professionals and internal wholesalers by responding to inquiries and providing product information that supports sales production across territories and channels.
- Answer inbound sales calls and place outbound calls to financial advisors to identify selling opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Qualify and pass leads to external/internal wholesalers in the originating territory.
- Clearly convey the confidential client’s mission, value proposition, and product positioning to advisors.
- Accurately fulfill advisor requests for product illustrations, marketing materials, and case support.
- Serve as a product resource for life and annuity features and benefits.
- Maintain and document advisor profiles, call logs, and sales activities using company CRM/databases.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, individual check-ins, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Life insurance licenses within 12 months of hire (company will provide guidance on licensing process).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent related sales/industry experience.
- Prior customer-facing or sales support experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted compensation for this position is approximately $50,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on location, experience, and skills.
