What You’ll Do

This entry-level Sales Representative role is focused on customer outreach, follow-up, and learning the sales process through training and coaching. You’ll develop practical selling skills while supporting the sales team and maintaining accurate records.

• Reach out to prospective customers and follow up by phone and email
• Learn and effectively communicate the confidential client’s products and services
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM
• Follow established sales processes and activity expectations
• Participate in training, coaching, and hands-on learning to build sales skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Up to one year of professional, sales, or customer-facing experience (entry-level welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in building a career in sales
