What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Sales Management Trainees to start a professional career in B2B sales with a clear path into leadership. In this role you will:
- Build professional relationships with business customers across an assigned territory
- Learn consultative selling techniques and territory management
- Recommend cleaning, sanitation, and floor care solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Develop strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Support territory planning, customer visits, and basic account management
As you demonstrate performance and growth, you’ll be eligible for promotion into management and leadership roles, including:
- Coaching and developing sales teammates
- Leading teams and territories
- Progressing into Sales Manager, Operations Leadership, or Branch Leadership positions
