Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level, full-time Sales Representative based in Manhattan, NY. This B2B role focuses on building relationships with for‑profit and nonprofit organizations to support their fundraising and development goals. The position offers a weekly floor plus commission structure with clear opportunities for advancement into sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Engage prospective clients (B2B) to introduce Confidential Client’s fundraising and support services.
- Qualify leads, manage pipelines, and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Conduct presentations and demos (in-person and virtual) tailored to organizational needs.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining ethical fundraising practices and strong client relationships.
- Track activity and results using standard office tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and long-term account success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client‑relationship skills: prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple clients and targets.
- Comfortable using standard office tools (spreadsheets, email, video conferencing, CRM).
- Must be able to work on-site in Manhattan, NY and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Previous sales, account management, or fundraising experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Weekly floor + commission.
- Estimated entry-level pay: $1,100–$1,300 per week (approximately $57,200–$67,600/year), plus commission potential. Actual earnings may be higher based on performance.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, on-site role in Manhattan, NY.
- Typical business hours with occasional evenings or travel for client meetings as required.
