What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an energetic Entry‑Level Sales Representative to grow business across the Trammells / greater Houston area. This is a field-facing role focused on generating new clients for janitorial and facility‑management services.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales calls
• Present and promote facility maintenance and janitorial service offerings to local businesses
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition
• Track activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools
• Research local market opportunities and stay current with industry trends

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year
• Uncapped commission — average first‑year earnings: $55,000 – $75,000+
• Quarterly performance bonuses and other incentives
• Full‑time role with benefits (see below)

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Driven, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting with prospective clients in the field
