What You’ll Do

This is an accelerated sales role inside a fast-track freight brokerage program. You’ll relocate to Cincinnati, OH for an intensive, hands-on training period and then begin building your own book of business.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Support account executives: coordinate carriers, manage time-sensitive freight, and assist with daily operations
• Participate in classroom and virtual training sessions and ongoing coaching
• Prospect, cold-call, and develop negotiation skills to win new customers and carriers
• Support problem resolution to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission and build a sustainable pipeline

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong, demonstrable work ethic — this role is 100% in-office during training and early career phases
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict professionally
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer-service orientation
• Resilience, competitive drive, and a willingness to work in a high-energy sales environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 minimum first-year compensation (includes base salary, sign-on bonus, and housing allowance)
• $2,500 sign-on bonus at start of relocation/training
• Paid relocation package and housing allowance for the Cincinnati training period
• Uncapped commission potential — many representatives reach six-figure earnings within three years
