What You’ll Do
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative to work on-site in Chef Menteur, LA. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on direct sales, coaching entry-level associates, and progressing into leadership through structured training.
- Lead daily in-person sales activities and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Train, mentor, and help develop a small team of entry-level sales associates
- Help design and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Track performance metrics and provide coaching to improve conversion and retention
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development programs
- Represent Confidential Client professionally with corporate partners and customers
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential
- Comfortable working on-site in Chef Menteur, LA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus but not required
- Experience in sales, marketing, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is helpful

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (provided by source)
