What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Sales Development Program trains entry-level professionals in consultative selling, presentations and public speaking, team leadership, and technical sales skills. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with the sales team to learn professional selling skills and company processes
  • Develop a clear understanding of Confidential Client brands and offerings
  • Learn to assess and address the needs of seniors and their families with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct outreach via call center and in-home visits to build connections with prospective residents
  • Deliver polished, professional conversations and presentations
  • Demonstrate urgency and follow-through on leads and opportunities
  • Commit to continuous personal and professional development
  • Progress toward managing a senior community or expanding into regional leadership and coaching roles

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 1–2 years of related work experience
  • Competitive drive and a strong work ethic
  • High integrity, strong self-awareness, and ethical behavior
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Working Conditions

  • This role may require standing for long periods, walking, and in-person visits
  • Regular use of hands for keyboard, phone, paperwork, and materials
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms
  • Ability to read screens and review detailed documents
  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment
  • Occasional travel between locations may be required
