Confidential Client is hiring a Sales & Pricing Data Analyst in Eden Prairie, MN (Full‑time). This role partners with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to build dashboards, analyze bookings and pricing, forecast outcomes, and deliver clear, actionable insights that improve revenue and margin performance.

What you’ll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Analyze booking and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Compare actual sales to revenue projections and support forecast updates.
• Build forecasting and scenario models using historical sales and market trends.
• Create reports showing expected sales and the revenue effects of proposed strategies.
• Conduct quantitative analyses (ROI, regressions, correlation, cannibalization, probability modeling).
• Monitor price elasticity and customer response to pricing changes across product lines and regions.
• Evaluate competitive pricing and market positioning to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, product, sales, and marketing teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Perform ETL, data validation, and quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
• Document data processes, reporting logic, and dashboards; conduct post‑implementation pricing analyses.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (dashboarding, reporting, forecasting).
• Proficiency with Power BI, Oracle EBS, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data‑modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

• Experience with SQL and scripting/programming (Python, VB, or similar).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
