What You’ll Do
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee with our confidential client in Logistics & Warehouse, you’ll rotate through sales, operations, customer service and fleet management to build a foundation for a management career. Typical responsibilities include:
- Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including national accounts
- Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships
- Manage fleet inventory and balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Use company systems and technology to monitor performance and support sales/operations decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ongoing training and mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or customer-facing work experience preferred
- Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail and good time management
- Valid driver’s license required and willingness to drive company and customer vehicles, including 26’ box trucks
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 per hour (as shown in source posting)

Requirements & Compliance
This role requires driving company and customer vehicles and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Required pre-employment and ongoing checks may include:
- Current driver qualification file (annual MVR check)
- DOT physical exam as required by the role
- Safety performance history requests from prior employers (past 3 years)
- Drug screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse review for CDL holders
- Background check (employment, education, criminal history) as part of the hiring process
Note: travel within the district for customer yards and training sites may be required.
Physical & Work Environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms frequently
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg)
- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
