What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Operations Management Trainee you will rotate through core business functions to learn how to run a location and support commercial and consumer customers. Day-to-day duties include:
- Support sales efforts to develop and grow local and national accounts, including enterprise/Fortune 500 customers
- Manage fleet inventory, balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate operations, service, and logistics tasks to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Use company systems and tools to track performance, inventory and customer activity
- Participate in training, mentoring and on-the-job coaching designed to accelerate your progression into a management role
Who We’re Looking For
We seek driven, customer-focused candidates who are ready to learn operations and sales fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Marketing concentration preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing internship or work experience preferred
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles, including 26' box trucks
- Able to pass DOT-required checks and maintain a driver qualification file where applicable
- Reliable, predictable attendance and ability to work holidays/weekend day as needed
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25.00/hour (equivalent to approx. $52,000/year)
- Employment type: Full-time (hourly). This posting may include contract or internship designations depending on specific site needs.
- Weekend premium: location-specific premium pay for weekend work noted in local posting
- Schedule: Must be available to work holidays and at least one weekend day as required
Logistics, Safety & Compliance
This role involves driving company and customer vehicles and is safety-sensitive:
- DOT-regulated duties: a driver qualification file will be maintained as required (annual MVR check, DOT physical, safety performance requests). CDL holders will undergo DOT drug screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse review where applicable
- Travel within the district for customer visits and training is required
- Background check, employment application and drug screening are required prior to hire

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting and use of hands for handling equipment
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs (12 kg)
- Specific vision abilities required: close and distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
